WEB Follow Up Training

What is the agenda for the conference?
Once you register for the conference a confirmation email with an agenda and other conference details will be sent to you within 24 hours. In addition, details can be accessed by logging into your account on the Boomerang Project website.

If I am not trained, can I attend a Follow Up?

As an untrained person you can attend the Follow Up under the conditions that:
  1. You are currently working at a school that has trained coordinators (meaning they have attended the 3 Day Basic Training)
  2. Those coordinators are currently active in running the program
  3. You attend the conference with one of those people
How many guests can I bring?
You can bring up to three untrained guests per person. 
 
Why didn't I receive any information after I registered?
Whoa! We don't know! Please call us a.s.a.p. to verify we have you registered. It's possible a glitch in the system on either our end or yours prevented your registration from reaching us. 
 
Typically, after you register, you will receive an email within 24 hours. Your registration was sent to the email address that was used to create your account profile. If you have not yet received it, it might be that your email address is incorrect in your account. Additionally, you can look in your "junk" or "spam" folders, as sometimes they end up there. If you do not find your confirmation email, you have two options:
1) Log into your account and print out your registration information under your conference details, or
2) please contact us at 800.688.7578 and we will get you the information you need. 
 
Can I bring students?
Unfortunately, the Follow Up does not accommodate nor is it intended for students. However, if you are at a high school and looking for training that will speak directly to your Link Leaders, please check out the Student Link Conferences. We do not have a WEB Leader conference. 
 
I attended the Basic Training prior to this calendar year. Can I still attend the Follow Up?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Please keep in mind, however, that this training is meant for those who are in their first year of the program and attended the Basic Training earlier in the spring, so some of the information might not be new to you. With that said, however, if you have not attended a Follow Up in several years, we encourage you to come because we do adjust and change things (like the handbook and some activities) to remain fresh and current. Additionally, it's a great way to network, meet other awesome Link and WEB coordinators as well as get pumped up and energized for the upcoming year. 
 
What types of payments do you take?
We accept checks, school or district generated purchase orders and credit card payments via either Visa or Mastercard. Please note that participants will not be registered until we receive a form of payment. 
 
How do I cancel a registration?
All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the Boomerang Project at least 16 days before the arrival date of the conference. See cancellation policy below for further information. 
 
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) prior to 16 days before the start of the conference and confirmed by the Boomerang Project. Any changes or cancellations made within the 16 days before the start date of the conference will not be eligible for refunds and additional fees may apply.
